What do we do?Music is not only fun, but it can be educational too. Every Mini Musicians session is developed and structured to include the experiences and outcomes required in the Scottish Early Years Foundation Stage.
Each session is between 30 mins and one hour long. Our lessons are active and very inclusive. Each session involves singing, dance, instrumentation and drama.
In a typical Mini Musicians session children are encouraged to use their voices, bodies, musical instruments and music technology to discover and enjoy playing with sound and rhythm. Each session will have elements of listening, composing and performing with clearly set outcomes allowing every child to achieve regardless of ability.
At Mini Musicians we like to use a variety of techniques and interesting resources. We have a large repertoire of activities and themes ranging from superheroes to classical music.
Using a variety of exciting sensory stimuli such as stories, pictures, and puppets, art, nature, animals….Mini Musicians promote creativity and imagination.
